How long does shipping take?
Australia: Buy-once or initial subscription orders typically arrive within 4–5 business days via tracked courier. Once subscribed, orders automatically process every 30 days.
Germany: Buy-once or initial subscription orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days via tracked courier. Once subscribed, orders automatically process every 30 days.
United States: Buy-once or initial subscription orders typically arrive within 6–7 business days via tracked courier. Once subscribed, orders automatically process every 30 days.
How much is shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping and returns for all orders in the Germany, Australia and the United States.
When do orders ship?
First-time orders typically ship within 48 hours. And if you choose to subscribe, your monthly vial will automatically ship every 30 days from the date of your original sign-up.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll provide a tracking link via email. If you misplace this email, the tracking link can also be accessed on your Account Page. If there are no immediate updates on the tracking page, rest assured your shipment is in transit — updates may just take a while to display.
One of my items arrived damaged. What should I do?
Apologies for the inconvenience! If you received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us at care@solnlabs.com. We'll promptly send you a replacement.

What payments do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Afterpay.
Do you store my credit card information?
Soln. does not keep full credit card details. We only store PCI-compliant data like card type, last four digits, and expiry date. For PayPal users, we keep your PayPal email. If you enter credit card details on our site or use Apple Pay or Google Pay, Shopify securely stores and tokenized payment information. We prioritise customer security and privacy, using a highly secure, Level 1 PCI compliant payment system. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
I can't log in to my account. What should I do?
To reset your password, click here. Ensure your subscription email is correct and you're receiving Soln. emails. If login issues persist, you may have subscribed via Google/Apple and need to create a password. Need further assistance? Don't hesitate to contact us!
When will my credit card be charged?
Your monthly subscription fee is charged using your saved payment method every 28-30 days, unless cancelled. You can check your next shipment date in your Account.
How do I update my shipping address and/or billing details?
To update your shipping address:
1. Log into your Account
2. Click the dropdown next to "Address and Payment"
3. Click "Edit" next to shipping address
4. Enter the name, street address, city, state, and zip
5. Click the button that says "Update"
To update your billing details:
1. Log into your Account Page
2. Click "Edit" next to billing details
3. Select the payment method that you'd like to use
4. Click on the button that says "Save"
Do I have to set up a subscription?
No, you have the option to choose between a buy-once purchase or a subscription. Given that the benefits of Daily Vitals™ are cumulative over time, we highly recommend subscribing, and to incentivize this, we provide a 10% discount on monthly subscriptions and other additional benefits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
1. Log into your Account
2. Click on "Profile" at the top of the page
3. Scroll down and click on the button that says "Edit or Cancel Subscription"
4. Edit your subscription or scroll down and click on the white that says "Continue to Cancel"

When should I take the formula?
- Shake the vial vigorously before use
- Spray 2 pumps under the tongue
- Hold for 60/120 seconds before swallowing
Additionally, we suggest adhering to certain lifestyle principles to enhance the effectiveness of Daily Vitals:
- The formula is most effective when taken in the morning, ideally 15 minutes prior or after a meal.
- Exercise often.
- Drink at least 3 litres of water a day.
- Eat whole, fresh foods.
- Wash your face every night, and use sunscreen.
- Minimise alcohol intake where possible.
- The benefits of Daily Vitals will compound with time and don’t get discouraged because you can’t notice a difference, just give it a while - your body is working on those changes behind the scenes.
Is Daily Vitals vegan?

How and where should I store my vial of Daily Vitals?
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or ideally in a refrigerator. Use within 45 days of opening.
Does Daily Vitals contain dairy, gluten, nuts, or sugar?
No. Daily Vitals is formulated without dairy, gluten, nuts, or sugar.
Is Daily Vitals safe if I’m allergic to soy?
Yes, it is soy-free.
Is Daily Vitals Non-GMO?
Yes. It is formulated with Non-GMO ingredients.
Why is the liquid a different colour compared to the last vial? What happened?
The colour of the Daily Vitals liquid formula may vary due to the origin of the ingredients and the growing season of certain plants. Regardless, the formula's quality and consistency are maintained. If you observe a colour gradient in the vial from lack of agitation, just give it a shake to re-activate before use.
How long until I feel the results from taking Daily Vitals?
Long-term health of your cognitive, mood and immune functions are the key focus! The effects may not always be apparent, but what matters most is the internal activity. Immediate benefits start with water-soluble nutrients like Vitamin C and B12, aiding your cells and blood, while the impact of fat-soluble nutrients such as Vitamin D and CoQ10 may take longer. Typically, it's a 3-4 month journey for your body to achieve a fresh equilibrium.
How much liposomal liquid can be taken in a single serving?
We recommend taking no more than 2 mL of Daily Vitals liquid multivitamin spray at a time to allow for more complete absorption in the mouth. However, it's not uncommon for some customers to increase their dosage slightly during periods of decreased immunity, such as the winter season, which is also acceptable.
When does the formula expire?
The expiration date of your Daily Vitals vial can be located beneath the barcode at the bottom of its box. For optimal nutrient bioavailability, we recommend you consume the entire vial within 45 days of opening.
